  1. There are many ways to get that effect…it really depends on what photo editing software you have.

    This is a simple way that’s similar to what you want using a free online editor….

    FotoFlexer:

    -Upload Photo,
    -Select Beautify>Wrinkle Cream
    -Use around the image to create a blurred/motion effect.
